1. Nature of the Service
The Platform provides cultural exploration and entertainment-reference content based on traditional arts (such as Bazi, Ziwei, Fengshui, etc.). All results are generated by algorithms or practitioners from the information you provide, for entertainment and self-reflection only. They do NOT constitute medical, health, psychological, legal, investment, financial, or relationship advice. Do not make any significant real-life decisions based on the Platform’s content.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws of your country or region. If you do not meet these conditions, please do not use the Platform.
3. User Obligations
You agree to comply with applicable laws, and not to use the Platform for any unlawful, infringing, or disruptive activity, nor submit false, malicious, or others’ sensitive information. You are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the information you submit.
4. Intellectual Property
The text, design, algorithm-generated reports, trademarks, and visual elements on the Platform are owned by the Platform operator or respective rights holders. Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, adapt, or use them commercially. Your personal generated reports are for your own reference only.
5. Disclaimer
The Platform’s content is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. The Platform operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, dispute, or consequence arising from the use of, or inability to use, the content. All risk is borne by you.
6. Payment & Unlock
Some in-depth reports require unlocking via sharing, membership, or payment. Payment is for virtual content; once a report is generated, refunds are generally not supported unless there is an obvious system error. Payments are processed through third-party channels and governed by their terms.
7. Account & Password
If you register an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Any action taken through your account is deemed to be your own.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). In case of dispute, both parties shall negotiate in good faith; if unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the operator’s jurisdiction.
